Dr. Jaber completed his Medical Doctorate at the American University of Beirut in 1993, followed by his specialization in Ophthalmology in 1997 at the same institution. To further enhance his expertise, he pursued a medical clerkship in Pediatric Ophthalmology at the Cleveland Clinic in the USA, gaining valuable international training in complex pediatric eye disorders. His strong academic background has allowed him to blend evidence-based practices with advanced surgical skills in ophthalmology.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Jaber has held long-term consultant positions at leading medical institutions, including Fouad Khoury Hospital and Rafik Hariri University Hospital in Lebanon, where he served for more than two decades. Since 2022, he has been part of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital, Dubai, where he continues to provide expert ophthalmic care using the latest diagnostic and surgical techniques. His areas of focus include cataract surgery, glaucoma management, corneal diseases, pediatric ophthalmology, and refractive surgery.
