Ms. Joy El Skaff is a DHA-licensed Clinical Psychologist with over five years of professional experience in clinical psychology and neuropsychology across France and the UAE. Ms. Joy El Skaff holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from leading French institutions — the University of Bordeaux and the University of Paris V Descartes — as well as a Diploma in Speech Therapy from Saint Joseph University in Lebanon. Ms. Joy El Skaff is also registered with the French Health Authority (ARS) and certified in EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with EMDR France.

Before joining Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Center, Ms. Joy El Skaff practiced as a Clinical Psychologist at Brain Health Journey Clinic in France, where she provided therapy and neuropsychological assessments for both children and adults. Her prior experience includes working with the French Red Cross and major university hospitals such as Grand Hôpital de l’Est Francilien, Hôpital Robert-Debré, and CHU Bordeaux, where Ms. Joy El Skaff specialized in neuropsychological evaluations, emotional regulation therapy, and cognitive rehabilitation.
